Dear Dr. Burnham,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for all your most kind care of adjustments of my lumbar sacral area and cervical disc area. Being an operating nurse for 25 years along with old age, time has certainly taken a toll on my spine.

In 1995, a neurosurgeon recommended a cervical and lumbar fusion. I opted to try other methods first. Thus, over the years I have attempted to rehab my back with various treatments: acupuncture, physical therapy, massage, exercise and several chiropractors. All such treatments were temporary.

Thankfully my niece Traci stepped up to the plate and arranged treatments with you. Although I was in Virginia Beach for 5 days, the results were astounding!! I can now transfer from sitting to standing position without looking like ninety years old. Best of all NO PAIN!
